In 2007, Maria Diaz de la Cebosa, President of the American CIS University, founded International Studies Foundation.
ISF was established to carry out the social work of the university through socio-educational projects in Spain and the United States.

Transparency commitment
The Foundation is supported by CIS University, sustained and financed by it, by its sponsors, its associates, its friends, as well as by other sources of income resulting from its activity:
- Donations from large corporations and foundations, as well as from particular individuals.
- Subsidies granted by public institutions.
- Specific contributions from CIS University and its patrons.
- Support agreements with other institutions.
- Income from activities carried out by the Foundation, such as talks, conferences, auctions, charity breakfasts, lunches or dinners, among others.
