International Study Abroad Scholarship Program

“Genuine change must first come from within the individual, only then can he or she attempt to make a meaningful contribution to humanity.” – Dalai Lama

Scholarship Program

University scholarship program to study in Spain

The program

At the International Studies Foundation we aim for long-term educational sustainability through various educational initiatives that help create ladders of opportunity for all low-income students.

We are firm believers that education is one of the most important pillars for the development of a civilized society and the best way to make a difference in the lives of young people who otherwise would not have the necessary resources and tools.

By giving young people access to these different educational opportunities, we can impact their lives forever and at the same time, they can change the lives of many others.

Education is one of the most important pillars for the development of a civilized society

Mission

The Scholarship Program acts as a link between the different educational programs that we carry out with our partners.

The mission of this project is to create a complete program where we can unite education, culture, values, internationalization, social awareness and responsibility, to provide young people with an international experience and a broader global vision through interdisciplinary activities, leadership programs and the opportunity to travel.

Objectives

  • To offer students the opportunity to study abroad in Madrid at one of the most prestigious American universities in Spain, CIS University through academic scholarships.

  • To unite different educational programs with a unified objective and reward effort, commitment and social work while adding value to the rest of the programs.

  •  To offer young students the necessary tools to succeed in an increasingly globalized and competitive world while helping them make a positive impact, not only on themselves but also on the lives of others.

Student Selection

ISF selects students from our local partner programs who have been previously selected to participate in the “Camino de Santiago” program. Selection is based on academic and personal merit along with an outstanding commitment and sense of social responsibility.

Each year, a group of students of different nationalities will have access to apply for a full scholarship at CIS University
